ABSTRACT
A theoretical model of destruction of a material containing elastic cell wall surrounding a content consisting of liquid and gas is presented. The results show that a damage of the cellular plant material is the result of breaking a cell wall under the outer pressure and crack propagation as the consequence of fissure.
