ABSTRACT
Physical, mechanical and chemical properties of three autumn apple cultivars, namely Golden Delicious, Granny Smith and Starking Delicious, are presented. Most of them were strongly affected statistically by cultivars. The differences could be individual characteristics of these varieties because all the cultivars originated from the same ecological conditions.
